Units of the REIT are available to Accredited Investors as defined by National Instrument 45-106 and available on Fundserv (purchase code BEL900) and through the REIT’s exempt market dealers.

Investor Requirements

  • Resident of a province of Canada; and
  • Meet the definition of one of the prospectus exemptions below:
  • Accredited Investor
  • Family, Friends, Business Associates
  • Eligible Investors

Units in the REIT are open to purchase and redemption on a monthly basis based on the most current monthly NAV per unit price.
